Coures plan——Human resource

1, the objective of fostering
With the professional training of management, economic, legal and human resources management, and other areas of knowledge and capacity in enterprises and institutions and government departments involved in human resources management as well as teaching, scientific research work and expertise of senior management disciplines.

2, training requirements
The main professional students studying management science, economics and human resources management of the basic theory and basic knowledge of human resource management practices and to the basic skills training, with the analysis and solution of the fundamental problems of human resources management capacity. Graduates should receive the following areas of knowledge and skills :
Master management science, economics and human resources management basic theory, basic knowledge;
Master of human resources management qualitative, quantitative analysis methods;
It had strong language and writing, interpersonal communication, organizational coordination and leadership of the basic capabilities;
Familiar with the guidelines related to human resources management, policies and regulations;
Theoretical understanding of this discipline forward with developments;
Master literature retrieval, the basic methods of information enquiries, with some scientific research and practical work.
3, the structure and duration life
Academic standards four years, attendance age 3-5 years.

4, the minimum graduation credits and award degrees
Human Resources Management Section graduates minimum credit requirements for 155 credits, including 48 credits of general education courses, professional foundation courses 30 credits, 20 credits of professional trunk classes, professional series of classes 25 credits, 10 credits of professional internship and graduation thesis, the rest of arbitrary optional. Student receives academic curriculum plan provides for the total score, and compliance requirements may be granted graduated with a diploma; With the "PRC Regulations" and the "degree awarded to the Northeast Normal University degree rule" provision, management science degree awarded, the award of management studies degree certificates.
