2, training requirements
The main professional students studying management science, economics and human resources management of the basic theory and basic knowledge of human resource management practices and to the basic skills training, with the analysis and solution of the fundamental problems of human resources management capacity. Graduates should receive the following areas of knowledge and skills :
Master management science, economics and human resources management basic theory, basic knowledge;
Master of human resources management qualitative, quantitative analysis methods;

4, the minimum graduation credits and award degrees
